Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy on Erikka IPL hair removal handset, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Other products on the store are non returnable items.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@erikka.in. If your return is accepted, you need to send the product to our address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that the product needs to be shipped on or before 7 day to be eligible for return.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exchange or return of physical damaged product can only be claimed if unboxing video was made as a proof.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Replacement

  1. Eligibility for Replacement:

    • The device must be within the warranty period specified at the time of purchase.

    • The technical issue must be confirmed as a manufacturing defect or hardware malfunction (not caused by accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs).

  2. Replacement Process:

    • If your device is found to have a technical issue under warranty, we will replace it with a new or refurbished unit of the same model (subject to availability).

    • To initiate a replacement, please contact our customer support team at contact@erikka.in or log in to your account on our website and raise a replacement request.

  3. Inspection and Approval:

    • Once we receive the faulty product, our technical team will inspect it to verify the issue and confirm eligibility for replacement.

    • If the issue is covered under warranty, we will process the replacement.

  4. Collection and Delivery:

    • We offer free pickup services for the faulty product from your provided address in India. 

    • The replacement device will be delivered to the same Indian address from where the faulty product was collected.

    • Please be informed that the replacement will only the sent or picked up from address within India. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method in 7 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
